On behalf of the Jaya Ancol Bowling Center, it is with great pleasure that we invite you and the members of your respective Federation/ Association/ Bowling Clubs/ Affiliates to participate in the "2nd ANCOL Open Bowling Championship" (2nd ANCOL) which will be held at the Jaya Ancol Bowling Center in Jakarta from 8 to 17 October, 2009.

This tournament is sanctioned by the Asian Bowling Federation and will be conducted under FIQ/WTBA Rules and Regulations. This tournament will serve as the qualifying round for the Indonesia Leg of the ABF Tour 2009, which will take place on the 18th October at the same venue.

The official hotel is the newly built, Aston Mediterania Marina service apartment, which is 5 minutes walk from the bowling center. The hotel has provided us with a special rate of Rp. 450.000 (approx. US$45), nett per night for 1 Bedroom for 1 or 2 persons or Rp. 850,000 (approx.

US$85), nettper night for 2 Bedrooms for maximum of 4 persons, inclusive of breakfast.

The 2nd ANCOL Rules and Regulations, Prizes, Squad Schedule, as well as Entry Form are available. Presently, we have given priorities to overseas on the last 4 qualifying days. However, to ensure your preferred squad schedules, we encourage that you send your confirmations at your earliest convenience.

As Indonesia has recently altered its visa policies, please kindly take special note on the Visa Requirements information that is applicable to members of your delegates.
